All listed fees assume convictions resulting from a negotiated plea, open plea, or jury trial lasting no more than two (2) days.
For trials exceeding two (2) days, an additional $500 per day may be assessed due to the volume of transcripts, records, and review time required.
Advocacy support connected to hearings or proceedings exceeding one (1) day may include an additional $1,500 per day, assessed upon scheduling.
